Grains - Beans, Nuts, Peanuts, Pinto beans

Peanuts and other nuts lowers the risk of heart disease 20 percent. One ounce of peanuts contains 166 calories, 14 grams of fat, and over 2 grams of fiber. Pinto beans protect against heart disease. A half cut of pinto beans has more than 25 percent of your daily folate requirement. Half a cup of pinto beans contains 103 calories, 1 gram of fat, and 6 grams of fiber.
